Welcome to the website of Shink Telecom inc. (hereinafter “we”, “our” or “us”). By browsing and using our website shinktelecom.com (hereinafter the “Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these terms of use (hereinafter the “Terms”). If you do not accept these terms in full, please stop using our Site immediately.

2.1 Ownership. All content published on our Site, including, without limitation, text, graphics, logos, images, audio and video clips, software and source code, remains the exclusive property of Shink Telecom inc. or its licensors. 7. Jurisdiction and governing law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute relating to the use of the Site falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Shawinigan.

At Shink Telecom inc. (“we”, “our”), the security of your personal information is a priority. As part of our telecommunications activities in Québec, we are committed to collecting and handling your information in accordance with the applicable privacy laws.
This policy explains how we handle the information collected through our website shinktelecom.com, including our partners’ pages (the “Site”).
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us. We handle the information you send us through our forms or when you deal directly with our team, including:
- your name;
- your contact details (email address and phone number);
- your service address, if your request requires it;
- any other information you choose to include in your message.
2.2 Technical information. When you browse the Site, our server receives the technical data it needs to run and stay secure: your IP address, your browser and device type, and the pages requested. We use no audience-measurement or targeted-advertising tools.
